To step into my office is to step into a tapestry of my worldly adventures. More of a museum than a workspace, my life’s work lives on through the mementos, collected books, and faded photographs tucked into its every nook and corner. It’s no wonder I chose to sit within its wealth of memories to prepare for my next adventure: a prestigious invitation to speak at the Grand Hotel Oslo. A great honour reserved only for the masters and maestros of our time.

Amongst my treasures, one item in particular always steals my attention: my first executive chef's coat. More than a uniform, the coat is a canvas upon which my story was told. To simply look at it is to be transported back to the kitchens that made me, the mentors that changed me, and the failures I now attribute some of my greatest lessons to.

At that moment, I realised the importance of preserving one’s story. Better yet, the importance of celebrating it. That coat not only did both but spoke the universal language of gastronomy, melding art with science, tradition with innovation, and the personal with the professional. Suddenly, the speech no longer mattered. While I did not yet know what I would say, I knew exactly what I would be wearing. With the invitation at my desk and a chance to revel in our legacy calling, it seems my trusty coat and I stand, yet again, at the start of another adventure.

14-Day Policy: Request returns or size/colour exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Courier Fees: Customers cover return courier fees (except for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days, which we cover fully).

Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on embroidered items, sale items, gift cards, or certain shoes.
