Chefs Brigade was never just a business idea — it was something that grew naturally from who we are, and what each of us brought to the table.

When we started Chefs Brigade in 2017, the goal was simple: create chef uniforms that respected the tradition of the craft, but felt relevant in modern kitchens. Pieces that chefs could rely on — not just for how they look, but for how they perform, day in and day out.

Being a family-run business has shaped everything about how we work. It means we care — about the product, about the people wearing it, and about the relationships we build along the way. We’re involved in every detail, and we hold ourselves to a standard that reflects not just our name, but our values. Nearly a decade in, that hasn’t changed. Chefs Brigade is still built on the same foundation it started with: thoughtful design, quality materials, and a genuine respect for the craft and the people behind it.

We’re a family business in the truest sense. Brennan brought a background in fashion — an understanding of construction, fabric, fit and finish. Clairann came with hands-on experience in chefwear — knowing what chefs need, what lasts, and what falls short in real kitchens. Joelanda brought the structure behind it all — overseeing accounts, administration and finance, ensuring the business runs as it should, with clarity and care.
