Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Order processing times vary based on order size and exclude weekends and public holidays.
R1 – R20,000: Processed within 1–2 business days
R20,001 – R50,000: Processed within 3–4 business days
R50,001 – R100,000: Processed within 5–6 business days
Once your order is confirmed via email, you will receive another notification when it has been shipped.
SHIPPING TIMELINES
Whilst we strive to fulfil your order as promptly as possible, lead times depend on stock availability. Please also note that courier delays are beyond our control and are not included in the lead times.
Standard (non-embroidery) orders: Shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays.)
Embroidery orders: Shipped within 10–14 working days after artwork approval
Shoe orders: Shipped within 10 working days
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- You can track you parcel using the following link: Online Tracking
- Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to update.
If your order has not arrived within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at clairann@chefsbrigade.co.za with your name and order number so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
