14-Day Policy: Request returns or size/colour exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Courier Fees: Customers cover return courier fees (except for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days, which we cover fully).

Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on embroidered items, sale items, gift cards, or certain shoes.

How to Start: Email clairann@chefsbrigade.co.za for approval and instructions before sending your package. To exchange, simply return your item and place a new order online.
