The reason I wanted to start this page is not because of the benefits but because you guys have shown me that this is a great topic and you really want the rest of us in the fitness community to know about it. I will never forget how when I started lifting I would get messages from people saying how it was something I really wanted to do and how that would allow me to be fit for a long time. Some guys would say that it will help me find other interesting training methods and the other guys would say that it will help them become successful as bodybuilders. I was always very skeptical because I saw the benefits of just watching the DVD and seeing how great the lifters at the top could be. I had just seen Chris Robb and even after watching his videos I was wondering maybe he has a way too many reps to start but then it started coming into my head, is creatine used for bulking or cutting. I got a few emails from people who had a very similar story but some of the messages were even more impressive. It got me to thinking it was too good to be true. I started talking to other top bodybuilders and they were all pretty much in agreement: You're right with all your theories and I mean that in an objective sense, bodybuilding gain 1 pound a week.
